As soon as I saw the thumbnail, I knew it couldn’t be.  The history of tracked steam crawlers is well documented and it would be exciting indeed if one had slipped through the cracks (only to appear in working condition).  Nice saddle tank, though, lets you shorten the whole thing up to a functional length.  I’ll build you one of these, by the way, if you’ve got deep enough pockets.
