In this case someone seems to have gotten ahold of a large unicycle wheel and made their own little penny.  The only 36” manufacturer I know of is Coker, and the guys at the company say they might be bringing back the “Wheelman” 36” pennyfarthing with 3-speed internal gears, pretty much the most accessible ordinary ever made (but it’s just not authentic without that Victorian era death rate!)
